I don't have any children of my own, but do have 3 wonderful nieces and a nephew. I always worry that I don't have any toys or games for the younger two to play with when they visit. So decided to have a go at making some of the games I used to play as a child. Here is what I came up with
The storage box was just an empty cream cracker tin, and the tubs that hold the games pieces are empty gilding flake tubs. I used a whole heap of Graphic 45 paper collections to make this project and as usual the papers mixed so well together that all the hard work was done for me.
The little draughts pieces (checkers for my US followers) were made out of the little wooden Tim Holtz Bingo numbers. Hope you like it.
